GATHER COVID-19 RESPONSE

Dear Gather Glass Community:

 Our thoughts and prayers for health are with all of you.

Due to COVID-19 we will not be scheduling any new glass making classes at this time.  Although we typically only work with groups no larger than four people at a time, out of an abundance of caution we will follow the guidance of the City of Providence and the State of Rhode Island as to when we should start public operations again.

 For those of you who already had classes scheduled, you will be the first to know when you can reschedule your class.  You can reschedule your class anytime in the future and there is no time limit on when you can come back in.  As a special thank you for everyone rescheduling, each member of your party will receive one of our newly designed drinking glasses. Something positive to look forward to! 

When classes begin again, please know that Gather Glass goes above and beyond to make sure your glass making experience is extremely safe and sanitary.  Even before the coronavirus we had an aggressive cleaning protocol in place.  In between each student we wipe down all surfaces, tools and equipment with alcohol and bleach based disinfectants. We do that for the safety of the students as well as for the teachers.

Thanks to everyone who has been supporting the small business community. While these are challenging times we are hopeful that this will bring our community, country and world closer together.
